View Blind CVs for a role
Open the anonymized candidate CVs (Blind CVs) that come with a market scoping report. See each candidate's fit score, strengths, risks, skills and experience, and why Blind CVs are not available yet.
Blind CVs are anonymized candidate profiles for a role. They come with your report when you tick Include Blind CV on the request.
Open Blind CVs
- Open a completed request in Market Scoping.
- Select a role under Market Scope Results.
- Select View Blind CVs.
- Select a candidate in the Candidates list to open the full profile.

What's in a Blind CV?
- A fit label, such as Strong Fit or Weak Fit, and an overall fit score.
- Dimension Scores: skills, experience, seniority, education and salary alignment.
- Strengths, Risks and a Hiring Recommendation.
- Professional Summary, Skills, Experience, Education and other profile sections.
Names and contact details are removed. Candidates are shown by ID.
Why don't I see View Blind CVs?
The button appears only after the request is processed. Until then, HUB shows Blind CVs not yet available. If the page says No Blind CVs yet, resumes for that role are still being processed.
Note: No Blind CVs at all? Check that Include Blind CV was ticked on the request. If you need them, contact your account manager.
