View invoices for an OSSI booking
For OSSI operators and partners. Find the invoices for a booking, open an invoice to see its items, taxes and amount due, and download the invoice.
Every OSSI booking has an Invoices tab with the invoices billed for it.
Open an invoice
- Open the booking from Bookings under OSSI.
- Select the Invoices tab.
- Select the invoice number to open it.
To save a copy, select the download icon on the invoice row.
What's on the invoice?
The invoice shows its number, dates, line items, taxes and the amount due. Each row in the Invoices tab also shows the invoice status.
Why don't I see any invoices?
The tab shows No Invoices Found when nothing has been billed for the booking yet. If you expected an invoice, contact Client Services with the booking number.
