Check a certificate request and download it
Track your certificate requests on the History tab of Certificates in HUB. Filter by certificate type or status (Pending, Approved, Rejected), view request details and activity, and download an approved certificate as a PDF.
See the status of every certificate request your business made, and download approved certificates.
Find a request
- Select Certificates in the sidebar.
- Select the History tab.
- To narrow the list, use Search by requester and site, or filter by Certificate or Status.
Each row shows the Request ID, Type, Status, Service, Requested By and Requested Date.
What do the statuses mean?
- Pending: KMC is reviewing the request.
- Approved: the certificate is ready to download.
- Rejected: the request was not approved. Check the request details, or contact Client Services.
Download an approved certificate
- Select the view icon at the end of the request's row.
- Review the Details and Activity sections.
- Under Attachments, select the download icon.
- The certificate downloads as a PDF.
Note: Attachments appears only after the request is Approved.
