- View your contractsSee your company's service agreements on the Contracts tab of your Business Profile. Check which contracts are Active or Expired, when they expire, search by service, code or entity, and open the signed contract file.
- Upload and download business filesShare files with KMC on the Files tab of your Business Profile. Upload or drag and drop PDF, image, Word or Excel files up to 25 MB, search your files, and open or download them. Explains upload errors like file too large or unsupported type.
- Request a business certificateRequest a Certificate of Tenancy, Non-Gaming, No Renovation or Closure from KMC in HUB for permits and compliance. Preview the template, pick an eligible service agreement, add remarks and attachments, and submit. Explains why an agreement isn't eligible.
- Check a certificate request and download itTrack your certificate requests on the History tab of Certificates in HUB. Filter by certificate type or status (Pending, Approved, Rejected), view request details and activity, and download an approved certificate as a PDF.
- Complete the client accreditation formFill in KMC's client accreditation (client intake) form from the link KMC sends you. Sign in, agree to the Conforme, complete General, Billing, Finance and Withholding Tax Information, save drafts, and fix "Session Expired" or email validation errors.
