Request a new hire through KMC Recruitment
Create a manpower request so KMC finds and hires a new talent for your team. Covers the New Request button, the four form steps, using an existing job request as a template, resuming an auto-saved draft, and tracking request status.
On this page
Use a manpower request when you want KMC to find and hire a candidate for you. If you already found your candidate, see Onboard a candidate you already found instead.
Before you start
- Manpower Request appears in the sidebar under Recruit for Staff Leasing, Seat and Staff Leasing, and Managed Services clients with recruitment access.
- If KMC Recruitment shows Access Denied, your user can't create this type of request. Ask your company's HUB admin.
