Read your market scoping report in HUB, including role insights, hiring difficulty, available talent pool, recommendations, hiring challenges and the salary benchmark in monthly or yearly gross pay. Explains why results are not available yet.
Once KMC publishes your report, each role in the request has its own insights page.
Open a role's insights
- Select Market Scoping in the sidebar.
- Open a request under the Completed tab.
- Under Market Scope Results, select a role. Each role is marked Insights ready, Processing or Failed.

What's on the role page?
- Market Insights: position title, Difficulty, Career Level, Specialization, Recommended Hiring Timeline and Available Talent Pool.
- Recommendations, Market Notes and Hiring Challenges, including how KMC handles each challenge.
- Salary Benchmark: min, mid and high pay by years of related experience. Switch between Monthly and Yearly.
A role is marked Primary role or Adjacent role. Adjacent roles are related positions KMC found for comparison.
Note: Salary figures are gross estimates. They exclude statutory and private benefits and 13th month pay. Amounts in a second currency are converted estimates, not live exchange rates.
Why don't I see results?
- Results not yet available: the role is still being processed.
- No insights for this role: no insights were produced. Contact your account manager for details.
- Results not available: the request was declined.
