Extend a fixed-term membership

Renew or extend a fixed-term (non-auto-renewing) membership before it ends to keep your rate and avoid an access gap. Covers Extend by 12 months, Extend term, the extension estimate, reviewing the renewal contract and the 24-hour payment link.

On this page

Fixed-term memberships don't renew automatically. You can extend one from HUB before the term ends.

Before you start

  • This only applies to memberships that show Fixed-term contract on the Overview tab.
  • The extend option only appears when your membership can be extended and you have no extension request already in progress.

Extend your membership

  1. Select Membership in the sidebar and open the membership.
  2. Select Extend by 12 months on the Overview tab, or Extend term under Quick actions.
  3. Under Extension details, check or choose the extension length. HUB shows the new end date and the Extension estimate.
  4. Select Review contract & pay (or Continue to payment).
  5. If a contract preview opens, review it and select Extend Membership.
  6. Complete the payment on the secure payment page.
  7. Once paid, your end date moves automatically.

Warning: The payment link is valid for 24 hours. If you don't pay in time, start the extension again.

Note: Extend before the date HUB suggests to lock in your current rate and avoid a gap in access.

Can't extend?

If you don't see an extend option, or want different terms, contact your account manager or Client Services.
