Request a business certificate
Request a Certificate of Tenancy, Non-Gaming, No Renovation or Closure from KMC in HUB for permits and compliance. Preview the template, pick an eligible service agreement, add remarks and attachments, and submit. Explains why an agreement isn't eligible.

Request certificates you need for business permits and compliance, such as a Certificate of Tenancy.
Before you start
You see Certificates in the sidebar under Business only if your role allows certificate requests. If it's missing, ask your company admin or contact Client Services.
Submit a request
- Select Certificates in the sidebar.
- On the Request tab, find the certificate you need.
- To see a sample first, select the eye icon on the card.
- Select the plus icon on the card to start a request.
- In Service Agreement, select an agreement.
- Add any Remarks and fill in the other fields shown for that certificate.
- Select Submit.
- You see a success message. You get an email once your certificate is ready.
What each certificate needs
- Certificate of Non-Gaming: also enter the Date of Notarized Affidavit and select Upload Notarized Affidavit of Undertaking.
- Other certificates may ask you to Upload Alternative Requirement for some agreements.
Uploads can be PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 25 MB.
Why can't I select my service agreement?
Agreements with a green check are eligible. A red mark means the agreement isn't eligible for this certificate. A red message explains why, and the form fields stay locked. Contact Client Services if you think this is wrong.
