Sign in to HUB
How to log in to KMC HUB with your email and password, with Google or Microsoft, or with a one-time verification code sent to your email. Includes fixes for login errors and codes that don't arrive.

Sign in with your email and password
- Go to the HUB home page and select Sign in (Login on a phone).
- Enter your Email Address and Password.
- Select Sign In. You see Welcome back! and HUB opens.
Sign in with Google or Microsoft
Below the Sign In button, select the Google or Microsoft button. Use the account that has the same email your company registered in HUB.
Sign in with a code instead of a password
- Select Sign in with a verification code instead.
- Enter your Email Address and select Send Verification Code.
- Enter the 6-digit code from your email and select Verify & Sign In.
Didn't get it? Check your spam folder, then select Send me a new code. To fix a typo in your email, select Use a different email.
Can't sign in?
- Forgot password? lets you set a new password. See Reset your password.
- Make sure you use the same email your company used to invite you.
- If you were invited but never finished setup, open the invitation email first. See Accept an invitation to HUB.
- No account yet? Select Sign up. See Create a HUB account.
