Use your HUB dashboard
What the HUB home dashboard shows after you sign in: the Overview tiles (memberships, seats, room credits or team headcount), Things to do, your contacts, upcoming meeting, shortcuts and Discover. Also explains why some cards are missing for your account.

The dashboard is the first page you see after you sign in. It gives you a quick look at your account and the tasks that need you.
Open the dashboard
- Sign in to HUB.
- Select Dashboard in the sidebar if you are on another page.
- The dashboard opens with a greeting and your cards for today.
What's on the dashboard
- Overview: summary tiles at the top. What you see depends on your services:
- Proworking members see Memberships, Seats and Room credits (hours left of this month's credits).
- Clients with KMC teams see Headcount, Onboarding, Open Positions and On Leave, with a monthly trend.
- Things to do: tasks waiting for you, such as signing a contract or assigning a seat. See Complete tasks in Things to do.
- Your contacts: your Account Manager and, for staffing clients, your HR business partner. Use the email or Teams chat icons to reach them.
- Upcoming Meeting: your next meeting room reservation today, if you can book rooms.
- Shortcuts: quick links to Book a meeting room, Assign seats, Invoices and Digital ID (Proworking members).
- Quick Access: common HR requests such as Request COE and File a Leave (clients with KMC teams).
- Discover: a carousel of other KMC services.
Note: On smaller screens, the right-hand column (contacts, upcoming meeting, shortcuts) is hidden. Use a wider window or the sidebar to reach the same pages.
Why is a card missing?
Cards only appear when they apply to your account and role. For example:
- Room credits only shows when your membership includes meeting room credits.
- Memberships and Seats need permission to manage memberships.
- Team tiles and Quick Access need KMC staffing services.
If you think a card should be there, ask your company admin to check your role, or contact Client Services.
Using HUB for more than one business
If you work with more than one business, the dashboard shows data for the business that is currently selected. See Find your way around HUB to switch.
