Explore plans and choose a KMC location
Browse Proworking coworking, Virtual Office and meeting room plans on the KMC HUB website, compare prices, search for a building by city or address, and pick a location to start checkout. Also covers how to ask the sales team about a plan.
You don't need a HUB account to look around. Plans, prices and locations are open to everyone.
Compare plans
- Go to the HUB home page.
- Open Solutions in the top menu and choose Proworking Space, Virtual Office or Meeting Rooms.
- Scroll to the prices. On the Proworking page, switch between Monthly, Bi-Annually and Annually to compare prices.
- Select Get Started on the plan you want.
The plans are:
- Proworking: Essential or Premium coworking memberships.
- Virtual Office: Starter, Gold or Platinum.
- Meeting Rooms: Boardroom or Collaboration Room, booked by the hour.
Note: If Get Started on a Proworking plan is greyed out with Temporarily unavailable under it, new Proworking sign-ups are paused for a system upgrade. Try again later or contact Client Services.
Choose a building
After Get Started, you see the buildings that offer that plan.
- Type in Search building, city, or address, or select a city chip. Select All cities to see everything again.
- Select a building card. The map moves to that building.
- Select Choose on the building's map card. On a phone, select Choose on the building in the carousel.
- You go to room selection (meeting rooms) or straight to checkout (Proworking and Virtual Office).
Next steps by plan:
Why don't I see any buildings?
- No matches means no building matches your search or city. Select Clear filters to start over.
- No locations in this city means that plan isn't offered in that city yet. Choose another city.
- No locations available means the plan has no buildings yet.
