Sign up for a Virtual Office
How to buy a KMC Virtual Office plan online. Choose a start date and location, add a voucher, enter your personal and business details, review and download the contract preview, then pay on the secure payment page.

Before you start
- Pick a Virtual Office plan and a building. See Explore plans and choose a KMC location.
- You need a HUB account and must be signed in. If you aren't, checkout asks for your email first. See Verify your email at checkout.
- Virtual Office plans are billed yearly.
Choose your plan details
- Under Membership, check the Term and pick a Start Date.
- Check the Location. If there's more than one floor, choose one in Select Floor.
- Optional: enter a code in Voucher Code and select Apply.
- Select Continue.
Add your personal and business details
- Under Personal Details, fill in First Name, Last Name, Email, Position and Phone.
- Under Business Details, enter your Country, Proposed Business Name and Nature of Business.
- If your company is already in HUB, you can turn on Use existing business profile and pick it instead.
- Select Preview Contract.
Review the contract and pay
- Read the Contract Preview. Select Download PDF to keep a copy.
- Tick I have reviewed the contract.
- Select Proceed to Payment.
- You're sent to a secure payment page. Complete the payment there.
Troubleshooting
- Please fix the highlighted fields before proceeding means a personal detail is missing or invalid. Check the red messages.
- Please complete all required business fields before proceeding means a business field is empty.
- Proceed to Payment stays greyed out until you tick I have reviewed the contract.
