Each seat belongs to one person. They get their own HUB login, booking access and access card.

Assign a seat to a teammate

  1. Select Membership in the sidebar and open the membership.
  2. Open the Seat tab.
  3. Under Quick invite, enter your teammate's email address.
  4. Select a role. The role controls what they can see and do in HUB.
  5. Select Send invite.
  6. Your teammate gets an email with a link to set up their account and claim the seat.

You can also select Invite on an Unfilled seat row, Invite a teammate under Quick actions, or Assign seat on the Overview tab.

Note: Invites expire in 7 days. If your teammate didn't get the email, ask them to check spam, then invite them again.

Why is "Invite a teammate" disabled?

All your seats are filled. Add a seat first. See Add or remove seats on your membership.

Replace a seat owner

  1. On the Seat tab, find the person and select Replace.
  2. Enter the new member's email address and select a role.
  3. Select Replace.
  4. The current owner loses access to the seat, and the new member gets an invitation email.

The new member's email must be different from the current owner's. Booking history stays with the seat.

If you don't see Replace, your role can't replace seat owners. Ask your company admin or contact Client Services.

Remove someone from a seat

  1. On the Seat tab, select the three-dot menu next to the person.
  2. Select Remove Seat.
  3. Review the estimate, then select Remove.

Warning: Removing a seat can't be undone. Remove Seat only appears when the membership has more than one seat.

Upload ID for KYC verification

Each person on a seat may need to verify their identity. Their status on the Seat tab shows Verified, Pending or Not submitted.

  1. Select the three-dot menu next to your name and choose Verify KYC.
  2. Select Start Verification.
  3. Choose National ID, Driver's License or Passport.
  4. Upload a clear photo of your ID and select Upload.
