Meeting room credits and free hours

How meeting room free hours (up to 2 hours a day on eligible rooms), monthly meeting credits, and billable hours work in HUB. Where to check credits left this month, and why a booking shows as billable or charged.

On this page

Each booking is covered in this order: free hours first, then your meeting credits, then billable hours.

Check your credits left this month

  1. Select Reservations in the sidebar.
  2. Find Free credits in the right panel. It shows the hours left this month.
  3. Hover over the info icon to see your total, used, and remaining credits.

The History tab also shows your billed hours, free hours, and credits left for the month you pick.

How do free hours work?

Rooms tagged Free up to 2 hrs/day give your company up to 2 free hours per day. These are usually small meeting rooms. Rooms tagged Billable / Charge to Credit use your credits or are charged.

Note: Free hours aren't available on ProWorking and Virtual Office plans. The tag on each room card shows whether free hours apply on the date you're booking.

How are meeting credits used?

Hours beyond your free hours come out of your monthly meeting credits. When you book, the Credits breakdown shows the split before you confirm:

  • Free of charge
  • Billed to credits
  • Billable

What happens when I run out of credits?

Hours beyond your free hours and credits are Billable and charged at the standard rate. Depending on your account:

  • You pay for the extra hours when you book. See Pay for extra meeting room hours.
  • Or your account can't go over its credits. HUB shows This booking exceeds your remaining meeting credits, and you'll need a shorter booking.

If you need more credits, contact your account manager or Client Services.

For the full rules, see Meeting room fair usage guidelines.
