On some plans, hours beyond your free hours and credits are paid when you book. The booking is confirmed only after the payment goes through.

Before you start

  • You need an active membership. The charge is billed against it.
  • Have a card ready, or use a card already saved to your account.

Pay and book

  1. Book a room as usual. See Book a meeting room.
  2. In the booking window, check the Excess charge - paid at booking amount.
  3. Select Continue to Payment.
  4. On Confirm excess hours payment, check the date, time, and amount due.
  5. Under Attach to membership, choose the membership to bill.
  6. Under Pay with, choose a saved card, or select Use a different card and enter your card details.
  7. Select Pay [amount] & Book. Your reservation is confirmed.

A new card is charged once and isn't saved. A saved card stays saved to your account.

What happens after I pay?

Your booking appears on the calendar. In History, it shows Billed hours and a Paid tag. See View your reservations and history.

What if my card is declined?

No booking is made and nothing is charged. You can try again with a different card.

Warning: If the payment keeps failing, contact Client Services before you try again. Repeated attempts can cause a duplicate charge if your bank is slow to respond.

Why can't I pay?

  • This booking can't be paid right now: HUB couldn't find an active membership to bill. Contact Client Services.
  • We couldn't load your memberships: select Try again.
  • Not authorized to make payments: ask your company's HUB admin for access.

To avoid paying, choose a shorter time that fits your free hours and credits. See Meeting room credits and free hours.
